Product Description

The slip ring motor is a wound high-voltage asynchronous motor (frame size 355-1000). This type of motor has a reasonable structure and advanced technology. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance.
The high-voltage slip ring motor adopts a box structure, and the machine base is welded by steel plates, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. The closed air/air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, which is beneficial to the maintenance and repair of the motor. The sliding ring cover has an observation window for observing the operation.
The stator of the high-voltage slip ring motor adopts an external press-fit structure. The stator windings are made of Class F insulation material, and the ends are reliably fixed and bundled. During the manufacturing process, multiple turns of the pulse voltage test and the ground pressure test are adopted. Foreign advanced vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint equipment and process (VPI) treatment. Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture resistance is strong.
