YCT series electromagnetic adjustable speed three-phase asynchronous motor is an AC constant torque stepless speed regulating motor. This type of motor consists of a drag motor (Y series AC asynchronous motor), an electromagnetic slip clutch and a controller. It can be used for constant torque load applications. It is especially suitable for use in decelerating torque loads. The speed range is large, there is no out-of-control zone, the starting torque is large, and it can be forced to start. When starting frequently, there is no impact on the power grid. Applicable to textile, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, food, mining and other departments, such as: conveyor belts, plastic injection machines, printing machines, printing and dyeing machines, air conditioning equipment, conveying equipment, etc., which can be used in paint lines, assembly lines. The motor is more suitable for variable-torque centrifugal water pump and fan load, and uses speed regulation instead of valve opening and closing to control flow and pressure, thereby achieving energy saving effect.
The transmission efficiency of YCT series electromagnetic speed regulating motor at the highest speed is about 4.5%~10% higher than that of the old model series JZT electromagnetic speed regulating motor, especially for driving centrifugal pumps, fans and other load-reducing torque-reducing occasions.
