YRKS large high-voltage slip ring motor motor stator adopts slide-in external press-fit structure, stator winding resistance adopts F-class insulation material, and the end has reliable fixing and bundling. After many times of inter-turn pulse voltage test in the manufacturing process and The ground pressure test is carried out by vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint process (VPI). Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture resistance is strong. The wound rotor is treated with Class F insulation and vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint process (VPI). The rotor weld head and the wiring are all insulated.
