Product Description

YR series high voltage slip ring motor stator adopts external press-fit structure, stator winding adopts Class F insulation material, and the end has reliable fixing and binding. After many times of inter-turn pulse voltage test and ground withstand voltage test in the manufacturing process, It is also treated by Germany's advanced vacuum pressure impregnating solventless paint equipment and process (VPI). Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, the mechanical strength is good, and the moisture resistance is strong. The wound rotor is made of Class F insulation.
YR series slip ring motor bearings are available in both rolling and plain bearings, depending on the motor power and speed. The YR series is a basic series with a protection rating of IP23. YRQF series (IPW24) and YRKK/YRKS series (IP44 or IP54) can also be derived according to the order.
YR series 6600V slip ring motor motor adopts box structure. The base is welded by steel plate, which is light in weight and good in rigidity. The slip ring cover has an observation window for observing the operation.
YR series 6600V high voltage slip ring motor main junction box is generally installed on the right side of the motor (from the shaft extension end), or can be installed on the left side of the motor according to the order. There is a separate ground terminal in the main junction box.
