YLKK series vertical high-voltage axial flow pump motor is a squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor. This series of motors is a new generation of original JSL and YL series motors. The motor has higher protection level than YL vertical high-voltage motor. The axial force is greater, and the product base adopts full steel plate welding, the rotor punching plate adopts special groove shape design, the rotor adopts advanced technology at home and abroad, and at the same time, the bearing device of the motor and the end ring integral molding etc. The application of technology makes the whole product structure stronger and more stable, and meets the current demand for vertical high-voltage motors that are subjected to large axial forces and protection levels.
YLKK series vertical axial flow pump special motor has the advantages of high protection grade, compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, strong practicability, high efficiency and excellent insulation performance.
YLKK series vertical high-voltage motor structure and installation type is IMV1, motor cooling mode is IC611 or IC616, IC81W three forms, from the motor shaft extension end, the motor main junction box is on the motor base side, the junction box has a separate The grounding terminal, the temperature measuring outlet box is located on the opposite side, and can also be installed according to the user's requirements, which can be specified when ordering. The direction of motor rotation is optional, but it cannot be reciprocated or reversely braked. This series of motors can be made into wet tropical type, dry tropical type outdoor type, outdoor various anti-corrosion type. The motor is generally made of a single shaft extension and can be made into a double shaft extension according to the needs of the user.
YLKK series vertical axial flow pump special motor can be divided into two kinds of bearing structure: rolling bearing and sliding bearing according to whether the motor needs to bear the axial thrust or the axial thrust.
